Astonishing view of the city and attentive host. Convenient location with easy access to key attractions. Appreciated the cold bottled water provided upon arrival, making for a refreshing start to our Christmas vacation.
Uncomfortable bed linen, lack of air conditioning, and unclean bathtub. Difficulties in finding the accommodation due to incomplete address information.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with stunning views and easy access to the old town. the hostess is helpful and welcoming, providing useful information and even stocking the fridge with cold bottled water. the room amenities and facilities are well-maintained and convenient.
The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, as there were issues with the toilet leaking and a lack of curtains in the shower.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning landscape that made our Christmas stay unforgettable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city's main attractions and just a short walk to the old town. One more advantage was the kind and helpful host, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and even provided us with cold bottled water and other items in our room, which was a nice touch.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The toilet leaked clean water every time it was flushed, which made a mess on the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were great. We were able to park our car easily, and the transportation options were convenient. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the landscape and easy access to old town. The staff, especially our host Sonja, were incredibly attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the warm welcome and the thoughtful gesture of providing cold bottled water and other items in the fridge.
